Connect with Kristen
Kristen graduated from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia with a BFA in Jazz Dance Performance and a concentration in Musical Theater. While at UARTs, she had the opportunity to perform in works by Ronen Koresh, Wayne St. David, Donald Lunsford, Scott Jovovich, Molly Misgalla, Robert Burden, and many others. Following graduation, she performed in several musical theater productions with the Bucks County Playhouse under the direction of Stephen Casey including 42nd Street, Oklahoma, Kiss Me Kate, Cabaret, The King and I, and many more. Next, she joined the Roxey Ballet Company under the direction of Mark Roxey and performed in several ballets including Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Dracula, The Nutcracker, Pied Piper, Carmen, Fall of Freddie the Leaf, Mowgli, Buffalo Bills Saloon, and various Repertory pieces. She continues to develop her range performing for the Red Hotts, appearing in commercials, and most recently playing Ursula March in Mazeppa’s production of Sweet Charity. She loves to teach dance and has held positions at many dance schools including The Mill Ballet School, United Dance Productions of Bermuda, Dance Arts of Yardley, Pennsylvania Classical Ballet, Bucks County School of the Performing Arts, and has taught several master classes throughout the state of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Kristen has choreographed for Stuart County Day School, Marywood University, Roxey Ballet Company, The Mill Ballet School, Burlington Township High School and Parkland High School. A blonde Scarlet O’Hara or an Assertive Cinderella, Kristen can be sultry, sassy, chic, or carefree-full of energy on stage and behind the scenes.
